Portrait of a Young Man
The prosperous sitter holds a heart shaped devotional book. His glance suggests that another picture, probably an image of the Virgin and Child, was joined to this one. On the ledge are an ink-well and pen case. In the back ground is the church of Notre-Dame du Sablon in Brussels.
