Obere Tafel (Lünette): Der Heilige Franz von Assisi empfängt die Stigmata.

Mitteltafel: Beweinung Christi mit dem Auftraggeberpaar in Begleitung seiner Schutzheiligen.

Untere Tafel (Predella): Das Letzte Abendmahl, ganz links ein Selbstporträt des Künstlers als Mundschenk (der Wein aus einem Krug serviert).

Upper panel (lunette): Saint Francis of Assisi receiving the Stigmata. Central panel: the Lamentation of Christ with the commissioning couple accompanied by their patron saints. Lower panel (predella): the Last Supper with, to the far left, a self-portrait of the artist as cup-bearer (serving wine from a jug).

Lunette supérieure: Saint François d'Assise recevant les stigmates du Christ. Panneau central: la Déploration du Christ avec le commanditaire et son épouse protégés par leurs saints patrons. Partie basse du retable: La dernière Cène avec, à l'extrême gauche, l'autoportrait du peintre en échanson (servant du vin).
