Tobias and the Angel

Tobias journeys to collect a debt for his blind father. His escort, the Archangel Raphael, had told him the gall of a fish would restore his father's eyesight. Tobias carries the fish. Raphael holds a box containing the remedy. Some parts - most notably the dog - may be the work of the young Leonardo da Vinci.
