The Madonna and Child with Saints and a Donor

The Madonna and Child are flanked by saints Joseph, asleep on the right, and John the Baptist, top left. The donor may be Pierfrancesco Borgherini, a wealthy merchant and a friend of both Michelangelo and Sebastiano. It is rare for the Virgin to be shown with an arm around the donor.
