Witches at their Incantations

Under cover of darkness, witches go about their macabre activities. They brew potions and cast spells involving a hanged man, a baby, a mysterious shrouded figure, a magical manuscript, and a skeleton risen from the grave. Grotesque creatures emerge from the shadows. Rosa was also an accomplished poet; one of his finest poems from this period is La Strega (The Witch).
